The W. Glenn Campbell Detention Center is hiring Correctional Officers

As a Correctional Officer your responsibilities will include ensuring safety and security of officers and inmates, oversee cleaning and inspections, maintain security logs, and report writing. The starting salary is $39,661 which equals to $18.16 an hour. As a Correctional Officer you have State Benefits, SC Retirement, Vacation, Paid Holidays, and Sick Leave Benefits. The requirements for this position are a High School Diploma or GED, NO Felony Convictions, Valid Driver’s License, Must Pass Drug Screening, must be 18 years of age or older, and Pass Jail Officer training within 1 year of employment.
